As an expansion to our crane and lifting services, Rabutec recently entered into collaboration with Markload Systems Inc. to supply and provide technical services support to load monitoring technology to the region.  Markload ia an established and experienced technical instruments manufacturer in Pearland, Texas. Crane operators around the world will testify to the accuracy and convenience of the Markload Systems Load and Load Moment indicators. These indicators offer optimum crane operation, while providing accurate safety limitations. All components are completely waterproof, design for a wide temperature variation, and extremely high shock conditions.

Following the installation of the Markload System’s Load and Load Moment indicators, the operator has an invaluable operational aid that allows him the comfort of working the crane much closer to its limits, thus obtaining more production form the crane and providing safer operations.

Markload Systems display information is tailored to the requirements of the operator and for cranes of all types and configurations. The display features that actual load in pounds or metric units and just a percentage.

These features are available for main and jib, or other hooks and for a wide variety of crane configurations, such as; boom lengths, jib angles, parts of line, quadrants, list conditions, attachments, and other components. All of these selections are available by the simple use of rotary or toggle switches.

Markload Systems can be easily  modified for three hooks, the summing of hooks (for container applications), crane shut-down signals, derating for crane list or sea states, the incorporation of anemometer signals, use with remote con soles, strip chart recording, and multiple crane lifts. All of this while decreasing expensive accident potential with Markload sensing devices that alert the operator with audible and visual warning at 85% and 100% of your crane’s operating capacity, or limits are required.
